Venue Hire
BSVI has a suite of 4 training rooms on the first floor and adjacent Rooper Hall available for hire to any organisation for training courses, meetings and social activities. The roooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable with refreshment facilities and the option of a buffet. They have flexible seating configurations and a Data Projector, Overhead Projector, flipcharts and video/TV are available at an additional costs. BSVI has free adjacent on-road parking and disabled access.
The Crago Room - 36 sq m
A large room which seats up to 30 people theatre style or 20 conference style. Available to hire Mondays - Fridays.
The Melson Wingate Room - 21 sq m
A medim sized room ideally suited as a breakout room in conjunction with the Crago Room. Available to hire Mondays - Fridays.
The Eastwood Room - 27 sq m
A large room which seats up to 26 people but is best suited to conference style for up to 16 people. Available to hire Mondays - Fridays.
The Weston Room - 15 sq m
A small room, which will seat up to 10-12 people in either conference or theatre style. Available to hire Mondays - Fridays
Rooper Memorial Hall - 144 sq m
Rooper Hall has a seating capacity of 100 and standing room for 150. It has a beautiful maple wood floor and is an ideal place for conferences, training, shows, activities and social events.
The Hall is equippped with a stage, modern sound equipment, disabled acess, a hearing loop and a modern kitchen.
The Hall is available for hire evenings and weekends.

Cancellation Charges:
Room Hire:
BSVI reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £25.00 if less than 14 days notice is received or the Full cost if less than 7 days notice.
Buffet:
Cancellation or decrease in numbers - full cost if less than one week
