Become a BSVI Member

Anyone over 18 with considerable sight loss living in Bournemouth and the surrounding area can become a member of BSVI. Registration is FREE and all that is required is a completed Registration Form.

Full Membership is available for those who are registered as blind or partially sighted living within the Borough of Bournemouth.

Associate Membership is available to the following:

• Those who have severe sight loss but are not registered as blind or partially sighted living within the Borough of Bournemouth
• Those who are registered as blind or partially sighted living outside the Borough of Bournemouth
• Those who have severe sight loss but are not registered as blind or partially sighted living outside of the Borough of Bournemouth
• Any person under the age of 18 with severe sight loss living in the Borough of Bournemouth and surrounding area
• BSVI Volunteers
• Friends of BSVI
• Former Board Members

Affiliated Membership is open to charities and other organisations with whom BSVI has a relationship.

Potential new members and their families are encouraged to visit the Centre for a guided tour and overview of the facilities and services that BSVI offer. To ensure that someone will be available to meet with you do please telephone in advance for an appointment.

If you would like to become a member without first visiting the Centre then you may wish to download the Registration Form, complete and return to us at your leisure.
